These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
